i have the right to turn down any commission requests

i ONLY take sketch commissions on my ko-fi

customers should prepare references ahead of time prior to contacting me

i will not remove the watermark from the artworks if requested

on that note, the customer is NOT allowed to remove the artwork's watermark or claim it as their own work. credit is highly encouraged.

object of the artwork belongs to the customer, likewise the copy of the artwork. however, the copyright remains with me as the artist. (On the basis of R.A. 8293 in the Philippines)

my time frame for working typically takes from within 2 weeks to a month or more. it can fluctuate because i am a college student juggling both studies and activities outside of school.

in the case that slots are full, customers are given the option to be given a spot in the waiting list until the current batch of commissions are completed.

customers are allowed to reserve slots as long as the time frame of payment is discussed if they are unable to pay immediately. if the customer fails to pay within the given time, the slot will be given to a customer in the waiting list.

the maximum allotted time for the reservation of slots is a week. adjustment is no longer allowed after the time frame is agreed upon.

accepted payment methods: paypal (international), maya, gcash, and vybe

i will not accept full payments upfront. i strictly apply 50/50: first half is paid before i start, and the second half is paid before i send the final artwork to the customer.

an exception to the one above are sketches. i will take full payment upfront before starting the commission.

commissions will not be refundable after the sketch is accepted by the customer.

rate of commission may have additional payment depending on complexity

i will only do a certain amount of revisions for the sketch if necessary.

i can only do minimal alterations to the artwork in post if the artwork is fully paid for. (ex: removing tiny details, accessories.)
